重遊東京 - 美食篇 Day 2

是日早餐: 粉紅色士多啤啤, romantic nei
質地比較 firm, 口感同味道有啲似 peach
貴呀, 要 630 yen 一粒...


士多啤梨當造, 呢兩個品種好大粒呀


早餐重有 Robuchon 嘅 bakery, 呢個係流心朱古力餡!


午餐去咗大家姐推介位於涉谷嘅海膽沾麵追加雲丹, uni 好甜呀


新宿嘅 Laduree 有賣 soft serve, 豈能錯過!!! Ispahan 味真係同 Ispahan cake 一樣味嫁
Rose 味嘅 soft serve + 荔枝肉, very yummy!!!



Blog 友們大約都知我家相公對於食係異常貪心同貪慕虛榮嘅
我哋住銀座除咗貪購物方便之外, 揾食容易都係一個重要因素
佢好緊張要預早揾 concierge 訂定心水食肆嫁, 食肆選擇又要係當地美食 web 嘅頭幾位

睇得出 preparation 勁繁複, 師傅好有心思



開餐啦
竹筍同 wasabi 葉作前菜, 竹筍帶甜甜粟米味, 特別又好味!

師傅預早將毛蟹蓋 stuff 滿蟹肉後入雪櫃, 到 serve 我哋時先拎出用佢把鋒利無比嘅壽司刀一開四...
其實師傅, 成隻擺低得嘞, 唔該

  4. 我覺得住銀座行街比較舒服,冇涉谷,新宿咁多人,但shopping 好似又唔系咁啱我呢個雜貨人,hehe 果然人生冇完美
