桂花櫻桃寒天

好耐冇見嘅仙女終於浮出水面啦, 知妳好忙, 見番真好! 所以妳問寒天易唔易整, 卽刻答 "易!"

先出 A1 相


做法簡易, 4 張相已解釋一切
先用喜愛嘅水果, 屋企今日又有 cherry, 咁就繼續 cherry 啦!
80 度蒸 3 分鐘...


預備寒天粉、糖 (我加咗桂花糖, 好香) 同檸檬汁...
撈勻寒天粉同糖, 咁樣加水時冇咁易痴埋一堆
份量方面我上次就係衰咗, 冇留意寒天粉包裝嘅 instruction 而落少咗水
至於水同糖嘅比例大約預每 100ml 水兌 1湯匙糖啦
寒天粉上堂時用 Topvalu (吉之島自家品牌?), 我自己就喺 City Super 買... 我覺得前者好味啲呀!


混合糖同水同煮至微滾...


加 cherry 同 lemon juice 再煮兩分鐘, 咁樣就出到果膠...
倒 mixture 入模, 室溫已可成形
