Miele Cooking Class 步步高陞

今次三人行, 同 bee 及蛇蛇玩得好開心, 又見到新識 blog 友 Florence, 你好呀

落手落腳做咗三款糕點, 分別係...
潮式蘿蔔糕 - 比傳統方法慳力得多
桂花柚子馬蹄糕 - 師傅豪氣地送上金箔, 多謝曬!
草莓寒天 - 個 silicon mould 係送比大家嫁, kekeke, 又食又拎



因為時間關係, 即場試唔到自己嘅作品, 改試師傅早預備好嘅...
蘿蔔糕同馬蹄糕都好好味



今堂嘅收穫係學識用簡易方法做到見得人嘅糕點, 正!

蘿蔔糕偏淡呀, 交功課時要重手啲!



污糟唔使怕, 係 vanilla pods 嚟嫁


交功課啦, 以為會先交 robert ko, 但都係寒天齊料啲, 呢個係 cherry 版本
做得唔夠透明, 下次要留意水嘅份量
