煙鵝肝伴法式烚菜及爽滑肉凍
前菜我同 HB 都揀呢個, 材料好豐富 - 肉凍有酒香, 煙過嘅鵝肝味道香郁, 道菜整體有唔同嘅口感同 crunchiness... 不錯不錯...
HB 嘅朝鮮薊 (artichoke) 忌廉湯伴鴨肝露及黑松露菌
我嘅熱海鮮湯啫喱伴帶子慕斯及龍蝦肉
味道好, 不過我 prefer 啲湯係流質多過入口即溶嘅啫喱狀, 令到個 course 似 second appetizer 多啲
膽固醇長期保持低水嘅 HB 嘅第三道 "花瓜" 菜式
焦糖燒鵪鶉伴鵝肝及薯蓉... 夠惹味的....
我只好吃魚
香煎魔鬼魚翼伴檸檬醬及香草
邪惡薯蓉又香又滑, 十萬個正
宿命始終係宿命.... 又係頭盆勝主菜

有 raspberry slice, chocolate flan, rum baba, fruit salad, profiteroles, floating island, raspberry pie, stewed pineapple, 等等等等...... 好精彩
拿破侖係極品, 脆曝 - 睇吓個 flakey pastry 嘅層數多到呢...

我哋兩個好雀躍咁吃吃吃, 不約而同咁 saved the best for last - 好珍而重之咁留番花花 lolli 最後先吃
一啖之後, 我哋相視而笑: 味道是 lousy 的
... it's simply a mass of under-caramelized sugar, 用白朱古力圍邊, 生嘅 angel hair 做梗, that's it... 但就係比到我好開心同甜甜嘅幸福感覺
覺得新舖比舊部出色

Robuchon 嘅藏酒量好驚人, 呢處嘅 sommelier 係用 ipad 向賓客推介餐酒嘅呢!
什麼 Petrus, Margaux, Lafite, Latour.... whatever good vintage; you name it...
我同 HB 都係悶蛋, 不煙不酒, 慳番唔少 但我哋啲好酒朋友會視呢度為寶藏呢
