自從跟蛇學整戚風之後, 領會到點為之打蛋白至起鈎, 當中當然扶扶碌碌啦 , 但起碼大約知道個 consistency, 咁我又可以多心地試試用得着呢個 skillset 嘅其他 recipes 嘞

Lemon and Lime Souffle (adapted from taste.com.au)
做咗半份 (三人份), 見到制成品都幾靚女, 好開心
不過澳洲人口味比較甜, 下次落一半 lemon curd 已經足夠...
我的戚風 #2, 比 #1多列紋, 聽講列紋多啲好啲... I'm happy with it anyway
至於脫模我重未到家, 外面還好
入面就...
再努力.... 但我又多心, 下次想做... cream cheese souffle
