Miele Cooking Class #3

星期六上 #3, 主題係 dessert, 呢個就係我嘅 X'mas dessert 嘞



底層係 panna cotta, 上層有 fresh berries, freeze-dried raspberry, profiterole 同 sponge cake, 好 festive look 呢


其中最 amazing 嘅係用 microwave 整嘅 sponge cake; 又係用 siphon, 今次加 N20 gas... 咪 45 秒就搞掂!!!
口感介乎麵包同 sponge cake 之間... 好神奇

... in just 45 secs... 似變魔術


至於其他啲 items 嘅做法就好正統, 唔詳述啦...

邊煮邊試味, 又落堂啦... Chef 送上巧克力

帶咗 profiteroles 同 filling 返屋企, 但至緊要係個 piping bag... 小 yam 玩得好開心
