Lunch at Centurion

數數手指起碼十年冇到過馬會沙田 Clubhouse, 今次舊地重遊當然因為吃吃吃
又係同令令行孖咇, 點行法? 佢行 dinner 我行 lunch

一樣嘅 Amuse Bouche, 有好好味嘅田雞腿肉




Lightly Smoked Salmon
Jelly, Red Radish and Young Cabbage in Horseradish
Light Wasabi Cream

中間綠色嗰兩"pat" wasabi cream 果然夠 light, 配三文魚好有食三文魚刺身點 wasabi 加豉油嘅感覺, 好得意呀!

Pan-fried Scallops, Belgian Endives and Chanterelles
Mushroom Juice frothed like a Cappuccino

帶子煎至脆面, 中間依然保持鮮甜細嫩, 加上我偏愛嘅 foam... 是日至愛! 

Veal Chop, Truffled Jerusalem Artichokes, Cream of Garden Peas and Coffee-flavored Veal Jus
睇相都感覺到牛仔肉好 tender, 但我更欣賞配菜


Caramel and Passion Fruit Tart, Lemongrass-flavored Whipped Cream and Vanilla Ice-cream
齋睇 presentation 騎騎呢呢, 原來味道好對胃口! 可能我比較喜愛帶 hint of fruity flavor 嘅 dessert 啦
