吃吃吃

iphone 影影埋埋啲食物相, 就襯假期清清個 album, 一次過 regurgitate 曬出嚟先
呢篇有香港日本人俱樂部, Bo Innovation, Sevva, 桃花源...


Omakase @ 香港日本人俱樂部嚟呢度係為捧 Chef Mitani 場, 佢係以前九龍稻菊嘅日本師傅...
話曬係 club outlet vs 酒店 outlet, 呢度嘅選擇及質素難以同酒店比較, 但價格相對便宜, overall 絕對可以止咳呵!

一路都提唔起興趣去朝聖, 直至最近睇完個飲食節目介紹, 試咗 set lunch... 唔錯喎 (we had something different!), 遲啲試埋 dinner 至得
先有四式點心, 表面與普通點心無異, 其實內有乾坤: 春卷饀係竹筍青醬雞絲, 味道清新討好; 蝦餃配黑松露同自家蝦米蓉; 墨魚球配青檸醬; 鱈魚球配 olive oil, 全部都好夾, 讚


Main course 揀咗鶉𪂹同龍蝦仔, 同樣冇令人失望
鶉𪂹 cooked to perfection, 外脆內軟, 醬汁配搭得宜


龍蝦仔以黃金蝦做法, 有驚喜
底層係 cauliflower risotto, 淺黃 foam 係 french mustard, 龍蝦仔上面嗰 pat 就係靈魂 - 邪惡咸蛋黃蓉嘞


starch and sweet 已經係最估得佢到嫁嘞

相對 high tea, Sevva 嘅 brunch 比較少人提及, 質素卻係蠻不錯的

Lemon meringue 偏甜

呢間嘅椒䀋蟹拑令人回味無窮, 但今次路過 walk in, 所以只係點心加美味沙爹牛肉炒腸粉


芋角個雀巢鬆到呢...


送多個 dessert platter 先



太好啦, 清咗 album, 正所謂舊嘅唔去, 新嘅唔嚟
