臨急臨忙過大海

昨日 12:30pm 先 confirm 到個 ad-hoc appointment in Macau
醫肚方面有兩個選擇: 一係食咗先過大海, 一係過咗大海先食... 為食人當然揀 option 2 啦

搭 1:00pm 船, 喺船上已有盤算, 到埗後以最快速度轆去新葡京 3/F 意大利餐廳, 面露歉意問 reception 可否收留, 時為 2:28pm
得到嘅回覆係佢哋重有兩分鐘就截, 但廚房肯 entertain 埋呀! 好感激!

通常如果同 hubby 齊齊到馬交嘅話, 佢一定會 prefer Robuchon...
如今我主場 , 一路好掛住 Don Alfonso 美味又地道嘅意粉同新鮮食材呀... 比我博到, 太好啦!

想點 full course 但被勸止... 好啦好啦, 要少個湯啦
麵包不及 Robuchon (註: Robuchon 的麵包是最好的! ), 但橄欖油好清香好討好!







送上開胃小吃 - Smoked king fish



Crispy layers of scallops and green asparagus with sweet paprika and sea urchin sauce
露筍爽甜, 喜愛呢間餐廳主要係廚師通常能夠突出到食材最美味嘅一面



Angel hair with citrus zests and sautéed Mediterranean shrimps
呢個就係令我牽腸掛肚  嘅 dish 嘞, 煮法清新, 蝦肉勁甜! 小 yam 見到幅相話要試呀! 好, 下次帶佢嚟!
(喺 HK 食到嘅 comparable 有 da Domenico, 但此店有點兒太有性格 )

湯汁鮮, 石斑魚肉唔 "un", 另外唔知點解澳門啲蜆總比 HK 嘅味美


Hot dumplings of pears, pine nuts and raisin served with buffalo ricotta sorbet and raspberry sauce
呢個dessert 集合咗冷同熱、脆同軟、酸同甜於一身, 好 interesting 亦好好味, BRAVO!




又有成枱嘅 confectioneries 任揀... 胃納有限



唔想阻人太耐先有得落場, 加上重有工事要辨; 速速用 40 分鐘完成呢個美味午餐 (其中有 30 分鐘包場 )


hubby 同小 yam 都有手信, 呢個 cookie 果然名不虛傳, 真係好好味嫁!



傍晚完成工作, 澳門天氣變得好差, 傾盤大雨, 喺截唔到的士嘅情況下我全身濕透...
好彩唔覺凍, 但為咗保險返到屋企即刻煲熱薑檸樂救一救, 舒服晒

    好吸引呀, grand lisboa 真係好多好野食, 多謝介紹! 其實我真係唔識分italian同french cusine, 以上我會當係french咁食囉!!

    我唔鐘意去macau嘅原因都係無的士囉....

  3. 原來新萄京酒店有咁好味的餐廳,有機會好想試下呀!我次次去澳門都只識得去食自助餐,偏偏我食量又唔大。

    妙妙無處不在,好可愛呀………………
