老公嘅鴨肝 - 煎得外脆內嫩, 呢個菜通常都會好油膩, 但呢處完全冇呢個問題, 勁!
我嘅海鮮湯 - 賣相欠奉, 但內涵強勁, 甜到不得了...
到主菜啦
老公嘅鴿胸 - 又吞多半份鴨肝啦, 佢囂在肝固醇保持低水
鴿胸煮得頗生, 令肉質好 juicy 同 tender
我嘅 Lobster Cassoulet - 點呢個菜嘅主要原因係.... LC 有隻 Cassoulet Bowl, 愛屋及烏
點可以漏咗女兒果份呢... Lobster Tagliatelle - 佢清碟, 一定好好味

老公嘅 Coffee Trio
我嘅 Roasted Figs Creme Brulee and Orange Sorbet - 揀得好好, 勁鍾意
女兒嘅 Peach Melba
用上新鮮蜜桃, 正!
我開心,因為以後可以方便探yam yam!同埋方便睇大廚美食!
