今日親子班嘅主題係龍蝦, 來自波士頓, yum yum
我哋要自己劏隻龍蝦, 原來過程比我想像中容易, 好快就搞掂...我哋重揀中一隻多膏嘅龍蝦添, yeah!
一蝦兩味, 兩樣都唔算難整
~ 頭爪做 Lobster and Seafood Stew, 原汁原味, 除咗龍蝦重有帶子同 baby 青口, basically 料靚嘅話做出嚟嘅效果就唔會差得去邊...
~ 蝦身做 Braised Lobster with Linguine, linguine 用上 fresh pasta, 個制成品無得頂! 呢個 dish 全程由女兒主理, 佢好有成功感好開心!
我哋想同 daddy 分享, 所以包走所有嘢返屋企 reheat 一齊食 , 用 LC 嚟 reheat, 味覺又加分
