Les Creations de Narisawa - 亞洲 #1

呢間有趣又味美, 激讚!

餐廳坐落於南青山, 環境清幽之餘又不失型格

甫坐下, 侍者送上擺設?
Nope >>> 其實係 warm 緊個 bread dough (容後再談)

再睇睇 menu, 所知不多, 只知主要食材同以森林作 theme 咁啦

Essence of the forest and Satoyama scenery
第一道 appetizer 係一幅好漂亮嘅風景畫, 樹皮乃係淮山皮薄脆

Bread of the Forest 2010
一坐低就擺低嘅 bread dough 上場啦... 
石皿已加熱至 300 度, 喺我哋枱前即席焗麵包
邊食邊等 15 分鐘, 香噴噴嘅栗子包出爐了, extra yummy!

侍者又比舊泥我哋嘞, he said fresh from the garden

牛油嚟㗎, 充滿咸香
平時搽麵包只會薄薄搽一層, 呢個太味美, 我哋好似食 cheese 咁狠狠地一忽忽咁幹掉 :D 

Okinawa
清湯味道似牛肉茶, 材料均來自 Okinawa

又被作弄了 (哭) >>> 侍者叫我哋估吓個 broth 有乜材料, 話之後攞比我哋睇...
OK 湯已盡, 佢施施然端出呢碟 "沖繩材料" (@-@)

Eggplant
一件藝術品

"Ash 2009" Scene of the seashore
啲"灰" 由 olive oil, lemon juice, etc 造成, 放在魷魚筒上作 dressing
味道是毋庸置疑的

Langoustine, Odawara Bay
本地小龍蝦, 甜美得緊

Tilefish - Maitake mushroom - Soft shelled turtle essence
再一小口水魚清湯

Oyster, Desert Island
先以 cherry blossom 木薫香

"Sumi 2009" Omi beef
終於到主菜啦 - 上面嗰舊炭 :O

係餐廳馳名嘅 sumi 菜式 - 炭烤和牛呢!
件和牛勁高質 ♡

Time for Dessert 
Sakekasu - Kuzumochi - Strawberry

Chestnut
呢個栗子甜點包含咗栗子薄片, puree, creme brûlée... delish!

Time for petit fours
貫切森林主題, 精彩; 精緻小點隨便揀, 令人興奮不已

mini macarons, 一枱一份 :D
