The Best Chef in Germany

馬會又有 guest chef 到訪, 重要係三星大廚, 豈容錯過 

但依期工作忙碌, 加上就嚟要搬 office, 忙上加忙 
但為咗呢個 lunch 已攞半天假諗住慢慢歎, 好擔心食完要急急返公司再戰
好在今早效率奇高, 可以盡情享受三星午餐

去到餐廳, 發現一個奇怪現象, 就係大部份客人都帶備長短鏡頭  平時食飯就算影相都唔會咁大刺刺...
離題了, 容後再談, 先去片吧

 Lunch Degustation...

Quail Salad
Pistachio Cream, Pine Vinaigrette

先幹掉沙律, 選嘅沙律菜同 dressing 都好 unique, 美味
到鵪鶉蛋, 配 miso paste
最後到主角燒鵪鶉 - 皮脆, 肉質好幼嫩, 調味剛好, 配 pistachio cream, Bravo!!!
大廚好 playful 地效法親子丼?




Gooseliver
Guajana - Dark-bitter Chocolate, Popcorn Cream

以大廚嘅功力, 鵝肝 terrine 當然滋味, 但估唔到配朱古力 (啡色幼線) 係完全夾嫁!!!
served with brioche toast...


Lobster
Veloute, Champagne, Snow Peas

龍蝦經香檳處理, 蝦肉好甜, 龍蝦湯好好味, 泡沫細緻... 精彩!!!


Black Angus Beef
Chorizo, Green Beans, Smoked Potato Puree
牛肉嫩滑到冇話可說, 上面放咗西班牙肉腸蓉... 大廚又發揮佢食材配搭嘅天份
配菜我都異常喜愛   薯蓉勁正!!!


Panna Cotta
Tobacco, Blackberry Caviar

又食唔出煙味喎...


Friandise
我估係 petit fours 啦
雪條入邊係 light foam, 唔係雪糕; 好可愛...
估唔估到左二係乜嚟呢?

答案: 係似檸檬味瑞士糖嘅小甜點

下圖係唯一一碟冇清碟 (其實係冇掂過) 嘅 course


話說回頭, 啲客影相影得好兇狠, 係因為...
影相比賽!!!
大廚係德國人...

  2. 餸式好精緻呀!雖然你們無帶大機去影相比賽,但你們就可以零壓力舒舒服服咁慢慢吃,如果掛住影相比賽,一定不停影又再影都唔食住………………… 真是龍肉都無味!!
