巴黎搵食 - Day 4 - World's Best 16

或者你哋會問, 係咪真係分辨到 16 位好過 17/ 18 位嫁?
早知排名, 當然有 bias, 但比較起用料上嚟, 16 位主要用上大量時令蔬果, 較少比較貴嘅食材, 食味依然恰到好處, 時有驚喜

可能我哋細食, 敗筆係 L'arpege 嘅 unlimited flow of dishes... 睇落你哋就明...

Amuse Bouche



Poached egg with vinegar and maple syrup
估唔到糖心蛋配 maple syrup 原來係咁夾嫁喎


Tomato gaspacho with mustard ice-cream
好得意呀!


Tomato salad flavored with elderflower
令番茄, dressing 亦好特別!


Red cabbage salad
調味又係剛好


Dumplings in pea consomme


Beet root sushi
O 喎!


Garden Salad
個 dressing  creamy 得嚟又唔漏


Leek and zucchini veloute, creamy and yum!


Baked whole salmon


Veal


Goat cheese


48 hours/ 1 week/ 1 month
我鍾意 1 week, hubby 喜愛濃味嘅 1 month


Macaroons 味道係 Tomato and basil 同 Red fruit 


Souffle


Red fruit mille feuille, 千層萬層, 好 crispy


Apple tart

我哋終於投降
如果繼續坐, 佢哋真係會繼續 feed dessert 比我哋嫁


Dinner at 茶記
雖然 lunch 我哋係挾著尾巴而逃, 但都有食晚飯  少少啦
好囉, hubby 終於肯放下身段, 一嚐地道茶記美食...
