爆炸雪糕

個人好喜愛檸檬甜品, 包括檸檬雪糕, 但市面上好少有得賣, 最近一次已經係三數年前 Movenpick 出嘅夏日版...
最近兔教做爆炸雪糕喎, 問問有冇檸檬 version 先
... 真係有呀
感謝兔快快 share 咗個 recipe 比我  ...
即做!!! 效果非常得
先唔好講材料有幾邪惡, 味道同質感正正就係我朝思晚想的
以後唔使守株待兔式等待啦




爆炸雪糕原本係古古力味道, 口感好 smooth 嫁, 一啲都冇冰糕 feel... 小 yam 好鍾意


寫完雪糕, 不如寫吓我早前做嘅 bakery 吖!
最近做過兩款 scones: cheese 同 raisin
最愛 Mandarin Cake Shop 嘅 cheese scone , 我做嘅實在係相差十萬八千里了


raisin scone 效果就好滿意嘞!


另外我終於 (叫做) 脫模成功啦! 呢張相一定要岀!!!


順便出埋花中花 hazelnut 朱古力蛋糕啦


喺台灣超市買嘅, 一盒係茶葉蛋套餐, 一盒係蛇推介嘅蒸肉粉...


用嚟做茶葉蛋好方便, 但依足指示嘅時間係未夠味未夠色嘅... 要再浸耐啲...



至於粉蒸肉, 超讚
細細嘅米碎包住肉, 令肉汁冇咁易流失, 肉變得好 tender , 好容易就做到一道美味嘅下飯餸...

    Lemon Curd Ice Cream (adapted from "Rachel's Favourite Food At Home" by Rachel Allen):
    400ml (14 fl oz) cool Lemon Curd
    600ml (20 fl oz) natural yoghurt
    600ml (20 fl oz) creme fraiche
    4 tbsp finely grated ginger (optional)
    Fold together the lemon curd, yoghurt, creme fraiche and ginger and place in the freezer for a few hours until frozen.
    Try Try this, Rachel Allen's recipe should be reliable
